Tudor, Inc. worked directly with the owner of this old Youth Challenge Facility to provide a Design/Build, fully renovated 30,000 square feet facility into a new Behavioral Hospital. This project included new HVAC systems, new electrical lighting and fixtures, reroofing of the entire facility, installation of a high tech security system, installation of a new security fence around the facility, anti-ligature hardware and doors throughout the facility, and new flooring and paint throughout.
