This project was a turn key renovation from slab to roof which transformed an old Rite-Aid pharmacy building into a stand alone medical facility. This 17,800 square foot building houses 20 exam rooms, a CT Scan room, an X-Ray room, 6 nurses stations, 10 offices, a phlebotomy center, an orthopedic center, and a drive through pharmacy.
